This is not a real Nintendo ad, and was intended to be a joke. The image it portrays may be stereotypical, but since its meant to be in humor, you should look past it. This is the first time I've heard of anyone (including women) being upset or even slightly disgusted by the ad.

Nintendo is a good company that cares about it clients and creates games that help people far more then its competitors. They even have parental controls in their system.
Perhaps what the person above was simply trying to point out is that Nintendo had nothing to do with this ad, yet the post on this blog had everything to do with Nintendo.
You don't need to agree, and you can think that "suing" is the only qualifier for showing disapproval (that is if you do) but frankly this post is not directed at the right people (IE: The people who made the ad and the people in the ad).

It basically summed up attitudes between the wii and ps3 owners. Now the wii is in a different league to ps3 they've turned to 360 owners. Go to any gaming forum and see ps3 fanbots and you'll see the ps3 representation above.

It sounds to me as if it was supposed to be offensive. After all, it was a spoof ad, not the real thing. It's not exactly controversial that a fake advertisment should display something less than politically correct. They're wanting a reaction, and this post is it.

To be honest I didn't find this spoof ad either funny or offensive but whatever you feel Nintendo can't be blamed for someone else producing a parody advert! I'd personally go for both (consoles not women!) so you're set for either an intense session or 5 minutes of fun!

I' really glad that this video clip is not an official Nintendo ad. This would be very bad for publicity. As a woman, I was turned off by the message of the clip...even though it was meant to be funny. But, people will think how they want to...what can you do about it, huh?
