Why in the world would anyone want to stop the Habitat for Humanity from helping low income families having a home. That is the most ridiculous thing I've heard of in a long time. Did they state the homes had to go to unwed mothers? If not the homes could have gone to anyone that needed a home and was in line for one. Myself I think the Habitat for Humanity should have gone ahead and bought the land for $10.00 and built the houses.

where is tolerance of views even if they deem them as wrong? I will be tolerant of the Right if they cut the shit of pointing finger and screaming hypocrisy at the left and stop screaming "but you do it too" and learn to get their act together. if they don't i will not vote for any hard-core right-wing socially conservative Republican. fix the problem don't point finger back
