I'm trying to become more computer-savvy, but when I was in over my head installing a forum on my website, I gave in and called their tech support. I was relieved when their agents were so quick at answering my questions and helping me both solve my current problems and understand how to prevent them from happening in the future. I haven't had any host yet that didn't have some issues but at least with Bluehost I've always been able to get someone to a) fix the problem or b) let me know what is going on and how long they think it will take to get it resolved.
