That is what I like about them too. I haven't had any host yet that didn't have some issues but at least with Bluehost I've always been able to get someone to a) fix the problem or b) let me know what is going on and how long they think it will take to get it resolved. As an aside if you want to try Bluehost this is a good time I just got a second account with a special promo deal they are running on only a few websites. I use them mostly for blogging now as they offer SimpleScripts which lets you set up wordpress in one click. That's pretty awesome for the less tech savvy folks like me. :)

Yeah, that totally explains my experience with them. I'm trying to become more computer-savvy, but when I was in over my head installing a forum on my website, I gave in and called their tech support. I was relieved when their agents were so quick at answering my questions and helping me both solve my current problems and understand how to prevent them from happening in the future. Oh btw I just recently saw a promo they're running on this site - http://www.bestofthewebhosts.com/blog/?p=52 - basically saving you like 30% off the normal price. Unfortunately I'm still paying 6.95...
