I can understand where she is coming from. I don't think she meant to say it was okay, but more that she felt she led him on to the point where she couldn't stop the situation and feels guilty for letting it get that far. I agree whole-heartedly with you and think that women need to speak up when they are raped. I also see where they come from a state of fear in doing so. I also see where they feel they may not be believed because of the EVIL women out there that falsely accuse. And to answer the question that may be coming up for you... no...
